Pooja Sharma was born and raised in Orange County, CA. Ms. Sharma graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2013 with a degree in English. While in college, Ms. Sharma wrote several opinion pieces for the Los Angeles Loyolan, with topics including racial disparity in the media and the freedom of choice. Ms. Sharma attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA where she graduated in 2018. While in law school, Ms. Sharma was an active member of the Public Interest Law Committee and externed at various housing and civil rights organizations such as Inner City Law Center and Public Counsel. While at Public Counsel, Ms. Sharma, amongst assisting staff counsel in trial preparation, worked extensively on a litigation memoranda for creating successful grant application programs for “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” holders.
Ms. Sharma joined Bohm Law Group in 2019. She continues to remain a passionate advocate with a tenacity for justice and plays an instrumental role in providing vigorous representation of clients in civil rights, employment harassment and discrimination and physical and sexual assault cases in the workplace, in schools, churches and other environments. During her free time, Ms. Sharma likes to write poetry, practice pilates, and perform improve.
