DeSimone represents three clients—Miguel Mendoza, Atlachinolli Tezcacoatl, and Daisy Bravo—who attended the anti-ICE protest in downtown L.A. on June 8. According to damage claims DeSimone filed against the city, all were injured by less-lethal projectiles.
