V. James DeSimone Law Recognized with Multiple Honors for Exemplary Work in Civil Rights and Employment Law

Marina Del Rey, Calif., August 20, 2024 — V. James DeSimone has recently been honored with several awards recognizing his outstanding work advocating for justice in civil rights and employment cases.

Dedicated to ethical and vigorous representation for every individual, DeSimone is passionate about protecting those who have been injured or whose Constitutional rights have been violated.

Among recent awards, DeSimone has been:

With more than 30 years of expertise in employment and civil rights litigation, DeSimone founded his Los Angeles-based firm, with an office in Marina Del Rey in 2015 and represents clients in wrongful death matters, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination cases, and in civil rights cases including police misconduct, and cases involving traumatic physical or emotional injuries across the State of California.
